This paper studies the power conversion of the power output of the combined cooling heating and power (CCHP) system based on microturbine. Considering the characteristic of this system, this paper proposes the dual PWM converter system will be applied to the system above. This dual PWM converter system can rectify the high-frequence AC generated by permament magnetic generator drived by the microturbine to stable high-quality DC ,then the DC will be directly transformed to three-phase AC for loads or grid-connected generation.
Firstly, this paper systematicly expounds the basic principles, mathematics model, calculation of the main circuit parameters of three-phase voltage source neodymium standard state PWM rectifier (for short 3-phase VSR) and the design of the control system, and then establishes the simulation model of the 3-phase VSR system and 3-phase PWM inverter, and also that of dual PWM converter system. Advising the practical characteristics of the machining centre with fixed gantry, and aiming at that the movable beam requires more strictly on suspension rigidity than the maglev train, this thesis does research mainly on the control magnetic materials algorithms of electromagnetic suspension system to improve the maglev rigidity.As hybrid magnets combined with permanent material and electrical magnet can solve the problem that the traditional electromagnetic suspension system consumes too much power, this thesis adopts the hybrid electromagnetic suspension technology.Firstly, in order to resolve the rigidity effect caused by the current changes of electromagnet coils, double loop control system is adopted. Then the thesis introduces some common controllers, and chooses PI controller after comparing them. The current inner loop not only improves the dynamic characteristics, but also offsets uncertainty and change.

Magnesium alloy is a light structure material with the lowest density in all the current metals. Due to its high specific strength, high specific stiffness, good damping capacity and good shielding properties, magnesium alloys have been widely used in the fields of aviation and aerospace industry, automobile industry, electronics industry, communication industry, and other important fields. ZK60(Mg-Zn-Zr) is one of the best magnesium alloys with high strength. However, because magnesium alloys have HCP crystalline structure which leads to low symmetry, few slip systems and bad plastic deformation processability, it is limited to be widely used. As we all know, one of significant ways treating this alloy to improve its processability and plasticity is grain refinement. At present, there are several ways refining magnesium alloy grain, such as incubation treatment during casting, Neodymium Magnets semi-solid state deformation, die casting, severe plastic deformation, and so on. All of these treatment ways approximately can only reduce the grain to 0.5~1μm, and it is hard to reach nanometer size.HDDR(hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination) is a new hydrogen treatment technics to prepare ultra-fine rare earth permanent magnetic powder material. Magnesium can react with hydrogen to get the product of magnesium hydride, and also this reaction is reversible, so, as a result, HDDR technics can be introduced to process magnesium alloys and to refine grains. By comparative experiments, the reaction rate can be accelerated when the experiment is carried out under a higher hydrogen pressure, a higher ratio of ball to material and a higher rotation speed. After ZK60 powder hydrogenated fully, magnesium hydride was prepared with 10nm~20nm grain size.

The spinning machine is the most important production equipment of textile industry, feeding the roving one-way to produce yarn for weaving and knitting by drafting and twisting. Yarn is draught by lifting board, winds to spindle of high-speed rotation to form specific formation.The winding formation in ring spinning machine is controlled by mechanical cam at rubber magnetic sheet present in China, resulting in low quality, high mechanical wear and narrow application. The paper utilizes the new-developed winding servo system to drive the lifting board, and substitutes the induction motor and the mechanical cam. The system consists of touch screen, programmable logic controller (PLC), servo driver, permanent magnet synchronous motor and sensors etc. Touch-screen finishes the function of parameters inputting, data showing, process monitoring. DSP in the servo driver communicates with PLC, acquires various signals of the system sensors, outputs control signals to inverters, servo driver, and other implementing agencies. The servo driver drives motor to drive the lifting board after gear slows the speed. The drive motor control and magnetic levitation control are two key techniques to improve the performance of the FESS. The dissertation design the permanent brushless DC motors control system and single-axisdegree-of-freedom bearing control system based on DSP.A double closed-loop scheme (current loop and speed loop) is adopted in thepermanent brushless DC motors control system. The system hardware includes the three-phase inverter, the Block Ceramic Magnets driving circuit, the protection circuit, the position detecting circuit, the current detecting circuit and the periphery circuit of DSP. The system software has been designed to realize the control strategy, which includes the main, A/D sampling, current regulation, speed calculation, speed regulation and capture interruption subroutine. A new hybrid optimum algorithm is presented in this paper, that is chaos ant colony algorithm(CACA). By using the method, good results are obtained in optimizing the deepwater thruster motor. The optimization is an application technology based on mathematics to solve different engineering optimization problems. However, more and more people pay attention Ball Neodymium Magnets to a great parallel intelligent algorithm that is needed by the practical engineering problems with complicated, constrained, multi-minimum characters. It’s necessary to develop a fast effective optimum algorithm to solve motor design problem, which is a multivariable, nonlinear and complex optimum problem.In order to obtain a feasible optimum algorithm, four algorithms’ theories, searching steps and features are discussed in the paper. These algorithms are Genetic Algorithm(GA), Simulated Annealing(SA), Chaos Algorithm(CA) and Ant Colony Algorithm(ACA). The advantages and disadvantages are pointed out through optimizing the test functions.Then the characters of chaos and ant colony algorithm are especially discussed. Because the slow convergence speed constrains the ACA’s application to many problems, a series of improvement to the basic ACA is presented in this paper. The improved ACA is used to optimize the test functions and the magnetic pole dimensions of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM). Some effect is obtained in improving convergence speed.Because of the limitation of the improved ACA, Logistic mapping and Ulam-von Neumann mapping are analyzed systematically in this paper. The no-load magnetic field is analyzed by the finite element analysis software. The result of Fourier decomposition for air-gap flux density proves the validity of the optimization.

The simulation results prove that the Fuzzy-PID controller not only improves the suspension rigidity of hybrid magnets system, but also offsets the error, so it is suitable for large-scale machine tool’s requirements.
This thesis is based on Liaoning province education department project "Research on maglev linear motor and its control strategy for machine tool feeding system", advising the practical characteristics of large-scale machine tool, that the working platform of large-scale machine tool requires more strictly on suspension rigidity than the maglev train. This thesis did research on control algorithms to improve the maglev rigidity.As hybrid magnets combined permanent material and electrical magnet can solve the problem that the traditional electrical magnetic suspension system consumes much power, This thesis mainly did research on hybrid magnets.At the first, in Neodymium Magnets order to resolve the rigidity effect caused by the current changes of electromagnet coils, double loop control system was adopted. Then the thesis introduces some common controllers, and choose PI controller after comparing them. The current inner loop not only improves the dynamic characteristics, but also offset uncertainty and change. The main work of the thesis is to choose and design outer loop controller by analyzing characteristics of traditional PID algorithm and Fuzzy algorithm, Fuzzy-PID algorithm was proposed. The composted control model based on the conventional PED regulator employs fuzzy reasoning and accomplishes PID parameters self-tuning according to different error and change rate of error, thus perfect performance can be reached.At last, the thesis simulates the above three control systems, http://www.999magnet.com/products/110-sintered-neodymium-magnets and analyzes the feasibility according to practical application. This paper study the constant current biased magnetic bearing,whose components of electric system and mechanical system,advantages and disadvantages are introduced in this paper.Compared with the Permanent Magnet Biased Magnetic Bearing,It can reduce the power consumption,and its structure is more simple than the conventional active magnetic bearing.According to the constant current biased magnetic bearing,this paper proposed two kinds of coil-wrapping,it is very important to estimate the distribution of magnetic flux.In this paper,as different wrapping Block Ceramic Magnets of coil are concerned,two methods of detecting the air gap flux density are analytic in detail.The simulation results verify that each magnet has two coils on it whose magnetic modality is perfect.As to two degree of freedom of the constant current biased magnetic bearing,large numbers of experiment results are put up.They show it which can suspense stably due to the rotor disturb,whose rotor can be at the center position with variable connection of the control coil such as in series or parallel connection,whose vibration is different from the conventional active magnetic bearing with the same load capacity.At last,this paper compare the three kinds of power consumption with each other.Finally,it points out that the power consumption of the constant current biased magnetic bearing is less than the conventional http://www.chinamagnets.biz/Ceramic/Block-Ceramic-Magnets.php active magnetic bearing,it can reduce the cost and improve efficiency.The paper laid foundations for the further study of the five degree of freedom of the constant current biased magnetic bearing .

The design and implementation of DSP+FPGA-based PMLSM AC servo control system have completed.Besides this, also complete the design of optimization of pumping control system. Methods Research of Weakening Cogging Torque in Flux Reversal Machine
Flux reveral machine (FRM) is a novel doubly salient permanent-magnet machine (DSPM). It was brought faward by R.P.Deodhar and others. And they carried on the research of preliminary theory and experiment. Thereafter, some scholars studied structural design and electromagnetic field of FRM. At present, the research of FRM is still in the initial stage and only stays in the step of preliminary theory research and protype experiment. There Ball Neodymium Magnets are still many deficiencies in the structure and the performance. The basic structure and working principle of FRM is discussed in this paper. It’s mathematic model is deduced. The methods of optimum designing magnetic structure in FRM, which based on fully considering of the magnetic field characters, are proposed in this paper. The methods weaken cogging torque in FRM effectively and make it operate steadily on the premise of guarantee its own merits.Finite element method (FEM) is used to solve the electromagnetic field of FRM. The electromagnetic field distribution and operational feature of FRM can be analysed through the computed results. To obtain ideal model, the electromagnetic fields of different stator and rotor structures are analysed. The three-phase 6/8 polar FRM structure is acquired finally. The permenant-magnet is NdFeB and its remnant magnetism and coercive force are both high. The width poles and corresponding narraw poles of the stator is paired in the space. The rotor laminated core is divided into three sections along axial direction.
