Summary:
In this paper, hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis of 13 kinds of synthesis methods were reported in the literature no organic amine as a template to the rare earth sulfate: ethylenediamine, dimethylamine, diethylenetriamine and triethylenetetramine as a template successfully synthesized a discrete, one-dimensional chain, two-dimensional layer and three-dimensional Strong magnets pore structure of rare earth (Ho, Sm, Eu, Nd and Tb) sulfate. By X-ray single crystal diffraction techniques to determine the crystal structure, the use of infrared spectroscopy (IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TG / DTA), X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), SEM analysis and fluorescence analysis carried out by means of compounds Characterization and Properties.
(1) synthesized by solvothermal method to diethylenetriamine as a template for successful synthesis of compounds with discrete structure [C_4N_3H_ (16)] _6 [Sm_4F_2 (SO_4) _ (14)] (1); respectively triethylene four amine, dimethylamine, ethylenediamine as a template synthesis of sulfuric acid holmium [C_6N_4H_ (22)] _ (1.5) [Ho_2 (SO_4) 6 · (H_2O)] (2), [C_2H_8N] [Ho (SO_4) 2 · H_2O] (3), [C_4N_3H_ (16)] [Ho (SO_4) _3 · 2H_2O] (4) ethylenediamine, diethylenetriamine as template synthesis of compounds [Ho_2 (SO_4) _3 · (H_2O) _4] (5), [C_2N_2H_ (10)] _ (1.5) [Ho (SO_4) _3 · H_2O] (6), [(C_4N_3H_ (16))] [Ln (SO_4) 3 (H2O)] (Ln = Ho, Eu, Sm, Tb) (7) - (10) and [C_6N_4H_ (22)] _ (0.5) Cl [Eu (SO_4) · 2H_2O] (11). X-ray diffraction analysis showed that the compound (1) is isolated from the novel "Z"-type heteropolyanion [Sm4F2 (SO_4) 14] 18 - and protonated diethylenetriamine composition. Compound (2), (3) and (4), respectively, based on triethylenetetramine, dimethylamine, ethylenediamine as a template with a novel one-dimensional chain structure of holmium sulfate; compound (5) is the first reported holmium sulfate compounds; compound (6) is the first reported by solvothermal method in ethylenediamine as a template for the synthesis of the layered structure of holmium sulfate; compounds (7) - (10) is diethylenetriamine as template characteristics with two-dimensional layered chiral holmium sulfate, sulfuric acid, europium, terbium sulfate, sulfuric acid and shirt; and compounds (11) is triethylenetetramine as the structure directing agent of sulfuric acid http://www.chinamagnets.biz/ europium chloride. While compound (8), (9), (10) and (11) for fluorescence properties analysis, analysis shows that these four compounds have strong fluorescence properties.
(2) the use of solvent-thermal synthesis method to make the structure-directing agent ethylenediamine, using HF acid to adjust pH value of synthesis of two rare-earth sulfate fluoride Tb (SO_4) F (H_2O) (12) and Nd (SO_4) F (H_2O) (13), these two compounds are both contain left-and right-handed chiral chain of three-dimensional structure of the rare earth sulfates.
