3-phase AC Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor’s Control of PIC
In this paper, we take PMSM which has an optical encoder as a control object, and design the hardware & software of the system of PMSM. Servo system is a motion control system which has the property of digital, high performance. Based on IRMCK201, neodymium magnets could implement the digital control successfully.The hardware system takes PIC16F877 as a processor, power circuit takes IRAMS10UP60A as a core and uses HCPL2631 to isolate the PWM output signal. As a core chip of control circuit, IRMCK201 can implement speed and current control by optical encoder circuit and current check circuit. The protective circuit could implement the function of over-current protection and over-temperature protection. The design of whole hardware system takes many EMC measures, which can enhance the reliability.The software system is made up http://www.chinamagnets.biz of main program, ISR. Main program implements the function of the initialization IRMCK201, interruption, every sub-module. ISR implements the over-current protection by cut down PWM output.
