Research on High-Performance Vector Control Strategy for PMSM Speed Adjustment System
The research on PMSM has entered a new stage since the 1980’ s withthe improvement of ratio between the performance and the price of the PMmaterial and the development of the power electronics devices. PMSMspeed adjustment system of its good performance has applied more andmore popularly in industrial sector. So the study on PMSM speedadjustment system becomes a kind of development trend, havingtheoretical significance and practical application value.The Neodymium Magnets thesis uses Digital Signal Processor (DSP) TMS320LF2407Aspecial for digital motor control of TI corporation as the control core, anddevelops the software and hardware of the full-digital PMSM vectorcontrol speed adjustment system which elevates its availability.
Firstly, The thesis analyze the mathematics model of PMSM, studyvector control of PMSM and space vector PWM, and discuss the controllerdesign problem for the speed and current control.The thesis presents novelfuzzy control strategy for PI speed controller and adopts the new design ofcircuit loop with cross-multiplying terms to PI current controller, whichform an improved PMSM AC speed adjustment system. At last, the improved speed adjustment system is simulated under MATLAB/SIMULINK. From the simulation results, it is verified that the improvedvector control strategy of this paper can be easily designed, moreover, itenhances the rapidness of the system torque response and the controlaccuracy of speed. It is also robust against the perturbation of the http://www.999magnet.com rotorparameter. Thus, the static and dynamic characteristics of the system areensured validly.Secondly, the main structures of the software and hardware parts ofthe speed adjustment system are introduced. Principles and realization ofthe main functional blocks of these two parts are also illuminated. In thehardware system, the main circuit, protective circuit and control circuit aredesigned in detail in this paper. Based on the hardware circuit, the softwareis programmed by using assembly language and C language combined.The flow charts of main program and PWM interrupt service routines aregiven.Finally, the program is debugged on the designed software andhardware system .The results of experiment further demonstrates thereasonableness and superiority of the proposed design method.
